RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy – RIHBRANDING

Our return policy is valid for 14 days.
If 14 days have passed since we received your order, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • to be unused,

  • to be in the same condition as when you received it,

  • must be returned in its original packaging, with its labels.

Some items cannot be returned:

  • gift cards,

  • intimate items worn (e.g., bodysuits, underwear),

  • damaged, stained, worn or washed items,

  • items purchased on sale (sales), which are neither returnable nor refundable.

To make a return, proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice) is required.

Please do not return your purchase directly to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to:

  1. confirm receipt of the item,

  2. to inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your application is approved:

  • Your refund will be processed.

  • A credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method.

  • within a few days (varies depending on the bank).

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your bank or your card issuer.

  3. If the refund still does not appear, please contact us at:

Sale items

Sale or promotional items are not refundable.
Only items at the normal price are eligible for a refund.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items.

Gifts

If the item marked as a gift was sent directly to you, you will receive store credit of equivalent value upon return.
Once the item has been returned, a gift code will be sent to you by email.

If the item was not identified as a gift, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
They are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs may be deducted from it.

For items worth more than €75, we recommend using a tracked service or parcel insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the return.
